We are referring to the knowledge creation and dissemination of the same to a large number of intellectuals, academicians, researchers, freelancers, scholars, although in a miniscule manner but with strong commitment and dedication to attain the aim and objective of the journal. International Journal of Transformations in Business Management (IJTBM) is an e-journal in the realm of management and business development.

  Each one of us read a number of magazines, newspapers, books, journals etc but every time we come across something new in any of these mentioned forms, we tend to assess the quality and quench for our query. Due to this particular reason, IJTBM pledges not to be just like any other ‘run of the mill’ kind of journal, rather it looks forward to generate, maintain and sustain the quality of the papers and cases that are considered for publication with IJTBM.

Research is an area that calls for extreme application of intellectuality, paving way for knowledge creation followed by dissemination of the same to all those wandering all around to meet their requirements in terms of research inputs. But, it is easier said done because the job just not rests with the researchers or authors, but also the agency which serves as a platform to showcase their quality work. If the agency acts in a mediocre manner, entire efforts will go in vain. So, as an understanding; it is mandatory to both the parties to exhibit commitment towards their responsibility and must be accountable for what and how they are doing. This is what the philosophy of International Journal of Transformations in Business Management (IJTBM) is all about! IJTBM seeks to build an excellent rapport and trust with all the contributing figures who too, share the same kind of philosophy that IJTBM thrives in. The journal is the ideation of Mr. R.K. Roshan, a true visionary and edupreneur who always cherished to support the intellectuals in the process of changing the status-quo of the world of RESEARCH.
