Dr. G.P. SAHU

  International Journal of Transformations in Business Management (IJTBM) is proud to have Dr. G.P. Sahu as Consulting Editor. He holds a number of accomplishments that makes him the apt choice to represent our journal. A graduate from prestigious University of Delhi who went on to complete his MB.A from Madurai Kamraj University, Tamil Nadu. In the pursuit of his research endeavours, he took passage to United States to complete his Ph.D in Management from Trinity College, California, U.S.A.

Post his research studies in U.S.A, Dr. G.P. Sahu returned to his native country, India with a noble mission to be realized. He decided to play the role of catalyst in taking education to the grass-root level and downtrodden ones. With the passage of time, he realized that there are umpteen serious shortcomings, in the way research is being carried out and that he felt to step up to cease such deteriorating standards of research work. He started his career as an academician and worked with a number of top-notch B-Schools and Universities in India and also associated with government entities in successfully carrying out research work. He also ran his own self-initiated edupreneurial centre by the name Dr. G.P. Sahu's Academy. He also serves as official representative for a number of Indian Universities.

Dr. G.P. Sahu is also an effective trainer training thousands of employees from dissimilar industries. He understands research as the way to innovation and creativity. Proper research will bring immense change in the society and there will be an up gradation in the level of living standards in the society. He also shows his despair not to find enough young researchers thinking in these terms. Perhaps, that is the reason as why he promotes research activities with full vigour and enthusiasm as and when he gets a platform such as that of ours; IJTBM.
