Aim & Scope

Q. What kind of papers does International Journal of Transformations in Business Management (IJTBM) publishes?
A. IJTBM aims to publish research papers in all the areas of management mainly in Marketing, Finance, International Business, Human Resources, Technology etc. Will also accept papers in applied areas of management.

Q. Do you publish articles on management which do not qualify as research papers?
A. Aim of the journal is to publish research articles / papers to encourage the upcoming researchers and academicians.

Q. Are you open to qualitative method?
A. Yes, we encourage papers where mathematical models are used for analysis and conclusions.

Submission

Q. Is it possible to submit the same article to IJTBM and another Journal simultaneously?

A. No. You have to give an undertaking that the article submitted by you is not published or submitted for publication in any other journal. The article not accepted by IJTBM can be published in any other journal. The intimation for non-acceptance of article/paper will reach you within two-three weeks of the submission of article to IJTBM.

Reviewing

Q. How does the review process work?
A. The review of articles/papers is done through a blind peer review. All the articles received by us are sent to Review Committee after deleting the name of the author to have an unbiased opinion about the research.

Q. How do you choose the reviewers?
A. Eminent academicians are on the editorial advisory board of IJTBM along with that we have a panel of renowned academicians and industry professionals to review the research articles.

Q. How long do reviews usually take?
A. Minimum time for review of any article is Two-three weeks of time. Normally, this is not seen in case of other journals. We take it as our unique feature of commitment.

Publication

Q. How long does it take for an accepted paper to be actually published?
A. IJTBM publishes its papers every quarterly basis. It takes minimum one month for an accepted article to be published. If the accepted article does not reach by the mid of third month of the quarter, the paper is considered for the next issue.

Q. Do you have paper copies of Journal?
A. No. This journal is an online journal. The articles can be downloaded free.

Q. Is some compensation paid to authors?
A. No. As of now, we do not have any such initiative taken but, yes we do plan for honorarium in the near future.

Subscription

Q. Is the Journal published at regular intervals?
A. The journal is published every quarter i.e. four journals a year.

Q. What is the subscription fee?
A. There is no subscription fee for this quarterly e-journal.

Q. Can one download the articles from the site? If yes, are some charges payable?
A. Yes. You can download the articles from the website by using Acrobat Reader. All the articles can be downloaded free.
