He possesses a unique blend of knowledge acquired through high academic credentials and wisdom obtained through long interdisciplinary, multifunctional valuable work experience. He is Ayurveda bhishek and started his career with Manav Bharti University.

Dr. Raj Kumar Rana earned his MBA and successfully managed the University- Manav Bharti University. He says that “I am aware that there exists an ample scope for us to enhance our standards, to reach higher pinnacles of research and developments

According to him, those students of aspiring minds who cannot get a chance to prove themselves in front of the world should be given a chance. So that they can prove themselves and make themselves and their country shine in the sky. For this, he has requested for the approval of a University in the rural areas to the Himachal Pradesh Government. He got the approval and the result is in front of you in form of Manav Bharti University, Solan. He is providing high class education to the rural peoples of Himachal Pradesh with state of art infrastructure.

He wants the area of research and development to reach the zenith of success. He wants to develop the research and development nationally and internationally, which is not available in India. His aim is to see the peoples of rural areas in the top of the world as scientists and other top positions.

Currently, working as Chancellor, Manav Bharti University, Solan, he adds his brand value in terms of knowledge and exposure and diversified experience to the organization and its different stake holders for sustainable and inclusive growth by Creativity & Innovation. He aims to provide research based teaching, learning and collaboration with Industry leaders for the internal and external stake holders of the University to reach its Vision & Maintain its Objective all along through its endless journey. A special focus on strengthening and development of soft skills along with quality improvement in class room teaching , inspires, encourages, guides and motivates the critical stake holders of the complete Education through mentorship programme and Peer to Peer (P2P) learning, to stay competitive in the ever-growing market by imparting industry rich knowledge on contemporary issues to the future researchers. He leads guides and supervises R&D activities in all subjects.
