The importance of the study was represented in shedding light on the life of Al-Shaykh Murtada al-Ansari i and his views on the elements of the validity of contracts. The study also dealt with his lineage, birth, family, and teachers from whom he received knowledge through their hands. The study also dealt with the students who were taught by him. And the sayings that were said by scholars about him. One of the books highlighted in this study is the book Al-Makasib.
