For the progress and wellbeing of the individuals, development of social relationships is important. Formation of social relationships takes place between individuals, belongingtodifferent backgrounds and categories. Forming social relationships in an effective manner and establishing communication terms with each other proves to be beneficial to the individuals, belonging to all age groups. The formation of emotional bonds takes place first with members of the families and then at a later stage, an individual begins to develop ties with teachers, friends, colleagues, supervisors and employers. The main purpose of this research paper is to understand the significance of social relationships and how they influence the wellbeing of the individuals.
